Analysis of Social Behavior in Laboratory and
Semi-Naturalistic Settings

During this workshop, you will learn how to analyze pose estimation data in multiple social behavior scenarios. We will cover how to build basic heuristics based on kinematic movement features, perform ROI analysis, and check whether simple unsupervised methods can help explain social dynamics.

The workshop will focus mainly on analysis using Python and the most common data analysis packages - pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and scikit-learn. However, we will also provide a strong foundation of practical guidelines on building behavior analysis pipelines.

At least a basic level of Python is required.

The workshop is for EBBS members only, primarily aimed at Ph.D. students and postdocs.
